      An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer, Cost Located in Jubail, KSA

Job Purpose

Responsible for accurate, timely consolidation/analysis of the budget & cost related reports. Provides meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance for maintenance management

Role responsibilities:

• Shall prepare standard budget template file, spreadsheets, and database tools.
• Shall compile all relevant data from all plants.
• Shall prepare presentation for Management review.
• Shall facilitate the Budget Kick-Off meeting and Challenge meetings.
• Shall upload the approved budget in SAP as per the method.
• Shall prepare budget summary sheet and report for each plants with comparison of historical budget data.
• Shall coordinate with finance for all budget communication.
• Shall monitor the monthly, quarterly, yearly actual cost consumption of all plants and communicate for deviations or over spend.
• Provide periodical standard SAP reports on budget & Cost related and recommend for improvement when required.
• Contribute data for analysing and for department’s cost saving ideas and initiative.
• Review & Maintain existing cost related Procedures, forms, work instructions and workflows in eDMS in accordance with IMRS and update as per latest changes.
• Shall advice necessary procedure and forms required for re-classification, re-appropriation for maintenance budget to CAPEX as and when requested by filed maintenance.
• Participate in staff meetings on a regular basis, to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for cross-functional benefits within the department.
• Participate in benchmarking, internal, and external auditing programs at the departmental or organizational level as required.
• Ensure compliance to EHSM, IMRS and all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine issues and problems related to the assigned area of work.
• Responsible and accountable for any other roles and responsibilities outlined in IMRS elements.

Qualification and Requirements:

• 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in similar industry
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• SAP PM & MM module
• OPEX/CAPEX/cost related
• Budget Preparation
• Maintenance planning
• KPI’s monitoring and reporting
