•To do and supervise daily QC related Jobs in RNP, IQC, Online and FGs inspection and its reporting and documentation (Reports and SAP System).

About the role:

To do and supervise daily QC related Jobs in Taldeen, IQC, Online and FGs inspection and its reporting and documentation (Reports and SAP System).

You will be responsible to:

• To check and supervise the line startup, check the finish goods as per sampling plan keep monitoring for the production lines, deliver quality record with all required analysis on time, keep in touch with operation team.
• Supervise the inspection or testing activities of other employees on products, systems or services using routine and non-routine methods.
• Ensure compliance to detailed instructions, guidelines, procedures and/or schedules.
• Ensure that all data from inspection and testing activities are properly recorded in the required management systems.
• Filter all communication of results or deviations from the quality standards to the required people/groups, along with the detailed analysis and recommendations provided by the team members.
• Act as the second level of troubleshooting of issues associated with inspection/testing methods, tools and equipment. Identify and implement solutions.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are being calibrated & maintained by the team members as per the required standards.
• Lead method development and improvement programs in their area of influence
• Ensure compliance to appropriate safety standards.
• Supporting QC head for investigating customer complaints.
• Responsible for team skills development and provides training on testing/inspection tasks to para-professional and professional staff.
• Preparation and analysis of monthly performance report and statistical analysis.
• Conduct random inspection for production lines (extra than quality plan when need it)
• Involve in validation of new raw materials, new machines or new production lines.
• Reporting non-conforming product, and hold it.
• Reporting daily monitoring results to QHSE Head.
• Analyst of QC results of RMs and FGs.
• Follow the quality standards, (ISO/Quality/Safety procedures) SOP’s, guidance and work instructions.
• Participate in updating the systems and compliance with it.
• Apply, Follow and compliance with QMS (ISO 9001) and Safety procedures and requirements.
• To do assigned jobs by department team leader and Manager.

About You:

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineer/Industrial Engineer

Minimum Experience:

• Minimum +2 years’ experience in a QA/QC, preferably in plastic industry.
