Engineer I, Continuous Improvement Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer, Continuous Improvement, based in Riyadh.

 Summary:

Continuous improvement Head monitors and improves organizational processes with the aim of making them as efficient as possible. Research and analysis feature heavily in this role, as continuous improvement managers map out all workflows, remove waste and low-value activities, and recommend solutions. Guided by formal kaizen methodologies, they then take the lead in implementing changes, acting as leaders, managers, and mentors throughout different areas of the organization.

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Leads the Continuous Improvement team in the support of the DS SBU.

2 Analyzing company processes and procedures.

3. To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.

4. To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.

5. To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.

6. To assist in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy.

7. Investigating shortfalls, issues, and complaints in current business processes.

8. Establishing norms and standards of company performance.

9. Monitoring staff performance and organizational processes.

10. Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

11. Collaborating with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.

12. Training, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

13. Staying up to date with developments in management and process optimization.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
