Engineer, Reliability Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for (Engineer, Reliability) based in KSA > Yanbu. Who will report directly to Superintendent, Reliability & Engineering.

 

Summary:

Actively support the specific goal of assuring stationary assets remain fit for purpose until the projected end of field life dates by providing technical support and developing equipment integrity strategy. To Cover All AMIC-TOHO Plants Equipment’s with RBI Analysis. To lead & facilitate RBI analysis on the company.

Work as focal point for all RBI Activity, to Ensure the implementation & Effectiveness of RBI recommendations and to update all analysis to achieve AMIC-TOHO Reliability KPI’s and implementation of reliability best practices and evaluates new technology and new ideas to continuously improve reliability of the plant’s assets. You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring assets performance, predicting equipment failures & proactively address through effective equipment strategy.
  • Carry out investigations and failure analysis to pinpoint failure & develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of integrity.
  • Technical study & coordination with inspection & operation related to any unexpected failure / breakdown of stationary equipment.
  • Get familiar / involved with development, review and update of fixed equipment integrity strategy like RBI and RCM or any other methodology followed by the department.
  • Technical evaluation on (new / review) projects by ensuring potential corrosion / materials issues are addressed with an appropriate balance of technical and business requirements
  • Participate in a team or workshop like RCA, RCM, PHA, MOC Committee etc.
  • Develop & maintain Quality procedures for health audits of stationary equipment & pipelines & prepare for audits. Collection, preparation, review and utilization of technical data related to plant stationary Equipment’s.
  • Study Corrosion Loops for equipment and associated piping to know the potential degradation-mechanism.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of RBI studies output and make periodically revision & correction for all RBI methodology related supports to achieve the meaningful results aligned with company objectives.
  • Continuous improvement and induction of Reliability culture in the company through continuous monitoring of Reliability KPIs of company, carrying out special tasks to improve / demonstrate / personnel orientation / Objective quantitative personnel surveys and raising training need with their coordination.
  • Enhance the culture of Reliability RBI in AMIC-TOHO for Maintenance, Operations, Project and other related departments through frequent awareness.
  • Technical study, monitor equipment operation & enhancement study.
  • Proactive actions to ensure equipment’s integrity and availability for the intended purpose.
  • Identify the stationary equipment & pipelines related bad actors, perform relevant analysis and come forth with remedial measures.
  • Annual / Master Plan preparation for RBI analyses program for plant equipment’s.
  • Management presentation from power user for RBI Analysis and its outcome.
  • Meeting overall Equipment Mechanical Integrity program (Meeting with Legal requirement).
  • Ability to perform asset criticality assessment. Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
  • Familiar with SAP plant maintenance module, has the capabilities to extract data, analyze, calculate MTTR and MTBF.
  • Familiar with asset performance management software “APM”. 

 

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical/Mechanical/Corrosion Engineering or Equivalent.

 

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Reliability-related software (e.g., SAP, Meridiam, RCA software).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and structured work approach.
  • Possess ability to independently organize and complete Health audit of stationary equipment & pipelines.
  • Knowledge of MERIDIUM or any such database with facilitator skills is added advantage.
  • Must acquirement statistical methods to analyses the data for large data analysis. Must prove himself a team leader through skills and expertise. Must be able to work under pressure and give maximum output.
  • High temperature corrosion & damage mechanism.
