Engineer, Production CRP Job
Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.
An exciting opportunity is available in AMICTOHO TITANIUM METAL Company for Engineer, Production CRP in Yanbu.
The Production engineer carries out all activities associated with the crushing part of the Titanium Sponge production process too. This encompasses operating plant within set parameters and monitoring production workflow to assure quality, as well as monitoring and recording routine production data. The operator will also undertake routine tasks in support of the process e.g. routine plant set-up and adjustments, and handling plant problems and equipment failures following established procedures. The Production engineers will also carry out complicated routine maintenance tasks.
You will be responsible for:
- Technical support for process and cost improvements
- Support for the operator’s tasks (reference to operator job description)
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and assist supervisor.
- Support for the Supervisor’s tasks (reference to Super Visor job description)
- Substitute for supervisor (Certain situation with permission of Team leader)
- Support the Sponge engineering operation and adherence to safe and environmentally correct work practices, continuous improvement and cost-reduction.
- Accountable for the efficient performance of the process in the plant.
- Monitor and trouble-shoot both the process and equipment. Report process deviations, equipment failures and hazards; and assist in plant investigations and problem resolution.
- Conduct engineering assignments entailing process investigations, equipment development or modification, plants trials and commissioning of equipment.
- Issue reports of results, technical specifications and recommend process improvements.
- Conduct projects and investigations on specific engineering tasks to enable the improvement of process efficiency and product quality.
- Provide technical support.
- Participate in team projects. Identify and share continuous improvement ideas that may enhance process, safety, maintenance, and cost reduction.
- Maintain and foster collaborative effort with other teams to identify, establish and share best practices.
- Complete reports and documentation as required.
- Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum Experience:
- 1 year experience.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
