Sr Supervisor, Customer Service Job

Work Location:  KSA > Dammam

An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad Global Packaging Company for a Sr. Supervisor, Customer Service Based in Dammam and will report directly to Sales & Marketing Manager

 

About the role:

 

Lead a team to work as a support to sales by providing high class services to achieve customer satisfaction, which could differentiate us from the competition

 

you will be responsible to:

 

  • Lead the department to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve dispatch target as per budget.
  • Manges record keeping of customers (complaints/sampling/Dr&Cr notes.).
  • Trouble shooting of issues as advised by commercial.
  • Feedback to sales team regarding existing/new orders, shipment, documentation, etc.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Ensure timely delivery in coordination with planning and supply chain department.
  • Manage documentation related agents’ commissions and sales rebates.
  • Regular interaction with Accounts to maintain credit exposure, providing support to keep overdues under control.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    About You:
    Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or Business.

 

Minimum Experience:

6 Years working experience in customer services , preferable as a team leader

 

Required Skills:

  • Industry, Market and Product Knowledge
  • Sales Closing and Agreements
  • Relationship Management
  • Proficient in using SAP/ERP system, MS excel/word/Power point
  • Knowledge of shipping/bank documents/LC terms, etc.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure
