Sr Supervisor, Customer Service Job
An exciting opportunity is available in Rowad Global Packaging Company for a Sr. Supervisor, Customer Service Based in Dammam and will report directly to Sales & Marketing Manager
About the role:
Lead a team to work as a support to sales by providing high class services to achieve customer satisfaction, which could differentiate us from the competition
you will be responsible to:
- Lead the department to achieve highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve dispatch target as per budget.
- Manges record keeping of customers (complaints/sampling/Dr&Cr notes.).
- Trouble shooting of issues as advised by commercial.
- Feedback to sales team regarding existing/new orders, shipment, documentation, etc.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ensure timely delivery in coordination with planning and supply chain department.
- Manage documentation related agents’ commissions and sales rebates.
- Regular interaction with Accounts to maintain credit exposure, providing support to keep overdues under control.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
About You:
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or Business.
Minimum Experience:
6 Years working experience in customer services , preferable as a team leader

- Industry, Market and Product Knowledge
- Sales Closing and Agreements
- Relationship Management
- Proficient in using SAP/ERP system, MS excel/word/Power point
- Knowledge of shipping/bank documents/LC terms, etc.
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure
