An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator I, based in Dammam who will report directly to the GM, Plastic Products BU. 

 Summary:

  • Provides routine coordination and administrative services to a specific area of the organization. Provides routine coordination and administrative services to a specific area of the organization in order to support the efficient and smooth running operation of their facility or office.

 In this role, you will be responsible of:

  1. Processes documentation and information according to defined procedures, for the support of ongoing departmental activities.
  2. Delivers internal/external correspondence to ensure all staff receives intended communications accordingly.
  3. Coordinate travel, and accommodation arrangements and produce itineraries as required.
  4. Maintains an effective data storage system, capturing the required business information.
  5. Utilizes online data management systems to input and extract data accurately and efficiently.
  6. Undertakes photocopying, binding and copy typing as requested.
  7. Monitors and manages stock level of office supplies to ensure that supply always meets demand.
  8. Receives visitors and callers, ensuring cordial hospitality to all guests and visitors.

 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  1. 4 years experience with a Diploma or High School Certificate.
