Coordinator VI, Audit Job

An exciting opportunity is available for (Coordinator VI, Audit) based in Dammam - KSA.

Who will report directly to Section Head, KSA CAS Technical.

 

 Summary:

 

Ensure effective and efficient coordination of audit planning and administrative activities in a timely manner, in line with established policies and procedures. Supports smooth operations across audit planning, logistics, documentation, and reporting functions to enhance overall departmental performance and auditor productivity.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and manage documentation related to audit planning, company profiles, client databases, and auditor CV databases.
  • Ensure effective and timely planning and scheduling of audits in line with the annual audit plan to maximize auditor utilization and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate audit logistics, including but not limited to travel arrangements (tickets, visas), accommodation, and transportation, ensuring timely execution and cost efficiency.
  • Compile, review, and dispatch audit files to Certification Control in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure high accuracy and timely issuance of invoices, while maintaining proper billing records.
  • Maintain and update audit tracking logs and records (daily, weekly, and monthly) to support audit control and monitoring.
  • Coordinate recertification processes and support the efficient issuance of certificates, ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements.
  • Manage customer feedback, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation of corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.

 

Minimum Qualification:

 

Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience in Business, IT or others as relevant

 

Minimum Experience:

 

Minimum 2 years’ experience with Degree or 7 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable in similar field.
