Coordinator VI, Audit

An exciting opportunity is available Audit Coordinator, based in UAE who will report directly to Sr Supervisor, Audit Plan & Control. 

 Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Audit Coordinator who will:

  • Ensure effective and efficient coordination in a timely manner of the assigned tasks as per the laid-out policies, procedures, etc. for smooth operations of administrative functions for respective sections and areas.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

  • Achieves financial target as per KPI
  • Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, client’s database … etc.
  • Ensure effective & efficient planning for audits as stipulated timelines and annual plan and thus ensure auditor productivity 
  • Efficient management and organize logistics such as but not limited to hotel booking, transportation, tickets, visa, etc. in a timely manner
  • Ensure effective & efficient compiles and dispatches of audit files to certification control.
  • Maintain high accuracy and timely issuance of invoices
  • Manage frequent updates (daily/weekly/monthly) and maintain related logs, records etc., for audit control
  • Ensures efficient and effective management of the recertification and manage the certificate issuance process.
  • Manage customer feedback and ensure actions are initiated to ensure customers satisfaction.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience.
  • 0-2 years’ experience with Degree or 7 years’ experience with Diploma is desirable.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the market, products and customers
  • Good computer skills
  • Good communication in English & Arabic is an added advantage
