Coordinator V, Logistics Job

Work Location:  GCC > Abu Dhabi

An exciting opportunity is available in TUV Company for a Coordinator, Logistics Based in Abu Dhabi and will report directly to Supervisor, Operations


About the role:


  • Oversee the general operations of respective department/area and ensure that logistical needs are met.
  • Organizes and monitors the storage and distribution of materials and goods, ensuring optimum efficiency in line with company policies.
  • Ensure smooth operations


You will be responsible to:


  • Coordinate with customers (internal & external), suppliers … etc. as appropriate.
  • Liaise and negotiate with key players such as suppliers, vendors and ensure of listing company for credit facilities as applicable.
  • Coordinate with vendors / hotels for timely submission of the invoices.
  • Oversee the processing of all logistics processes to ensure quality control.
  • Proactively reviews calendar to ensure travel, hotel & transportation of trainers is scheduled as efficiently as possible.
  • Regularly updates in the form of reports and share MOM with collective decision and information from respective members
  • Work with other departments to develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLA) agreements.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure client and vendor integrity management.
  • Manage customer relationships.
  • Plan and arrange all work-related activities in an effective, timely & efficient manner (internally & externally)
  • Additional jobs can be assigned by the supervisor or senior management to be executed
  • Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO standards and the legal / regulatory requirements.



About You:


Minimum Qualification:


  • Diploma OR bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, IT, computer, engineering or Quality, chemistry.
  • Professional Knowledge



  • Minimum Experience:


  • 2 years’ experience if Diploma holder or Fresh graduate if bachelor’s degree holder in the field of administrative, planning, coordination, or related function.
  • Work experience in similar organizations (added advantage)
