An exciting opportunity is available for a Coordinator V, Customer Svc & Document and will report directly to Mgr, Customer service & documentation

 

About the role:

 

The Customer Service Representative (India Subcontinent) provides internal Sales Support and External After sales support to Tasnee Customer

 

you will be responsible to:

 

  • The CSR will be responsible for the full Order Management of his assigned region, including activities such as order creation and order fulfillment. Furthermore, will act as a mediator between the customer and the Various departments within the Tasnee organization such as Finance, Business Planning Supply Chain, Forwarders and HUB operators. The CSR is responsible to assist the finance department in collection customer over dues by communicating when required to the customer. Follow appropriate communication channels to ensure all inquiries and requirements are implemented correctly, and that the logistics fulfillment of the orders is processed according to the customers’ requirements.

 

  • The CSR agent is as well responsible for generating Daily and weekly reporting Analysis as required for the business needs and should have strong background in Data Mining, Analytics, Reporting, and Presentation skills.

 

About You:

 

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, MIS or similar Preferred.
  • Diploma Degree Conditionally accepted when 5+ years industry related experience available.
  • 2 Years’ experience in the following field:
  • B2B Customer Service field
  • Background in International Trade Finance and Export
  • Background in Marine Cargo Shipping & Land Transportation
  • PetChem Order management
  • Sales Order Fulfilment
