Coordinator III, Operation Maintenance Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, Operation Maintenance, Crushing Based in Yanbu and will report directly to Superintendent, Crushing.

 

About the role:

 

The Crushing maintenance coordinator carries out all activities associated with the crushing part of the Titanium Sponge production process. This encompasses liaison and a gatekeeper for day-to-day routine maintenance activities. Undertakes routine tasks in support of the process and coordinate with maintenance department to ensure department equipment and facility are well maintained and functional e.g., routine plant set up and adjustments, and handling plant problems and equipment failures following established procedures. Operators will also carry out simple routine maintenance tasks. Also, perform SAP entry for the maintenance work order.

 

You will be responsible to:

 

  • Oversight of the crushing process, and monitoring of all aspects of the production process.
  • Observe and monitor the process and anticipate problems. 
  • Maintain and follow Quality procedures to ensure product quality.
  • Work in conjunction with all team members to identify, detail and evaluate potential process/equipment improvements that may enhance process, safety, and cost reduction.      
  • Ensure compliance with ATTM Metals Sponge handbook, plant policies and procedures.
  • SAP [Control, Input, Revise and Extract information].
  • PR & PO Creation and Follow up.
  • Utility Control [Input, Review].
  • Communication & Coordination with Safety Department [ISD].
  • Lifting tools inspection coordination with ISD.
  • SAM Creation, Register, Follow up and ISD report.
  • Safety training coordination.
  • External Qualification list Update and Follow up [Forklift, Crane, Rigger].
  • Daily Plant Patrol.
  • Annual plan for Training, Quality and Safety [Creation and follow up].
  • 3rd Party inspection of Quality and Safety devices follow up and coordination.
  • Eyesight Medical Report reminders, follow up and register.
  • Visual Check process and Rough Cutting process licenses reminders, follow up and register.
  • Organization and Certification Progress list Update and Register.
  • Monthly maintenance plan and meeting and follow up.
  • Deal with daily maintenance activities.
  • Spare part receiving.
  • Spare Parts List and managing sheet [Item adding, withdrawing, and ordering].
  • Coordinate with Forklift vendor for periodic maintenance.
  • Improve the production line (KAIZEN).
  • Training Material Creation and Update.

 

 

Minimum Qualification:

Technical Diploma/Associate degree in a related field.

 

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years or more of related work experience in similar industries.
  • Ability to speak read and write English.
  • Computer skills [MS office].
