Coordinator II, Certification Job

Work Location:  GCC > Abu Dhabi

 

 

 

 

An exciting opportunity is available in TUV Middle East-Abu Dhabi (8700)  for a Coordinator ,Certification based in Abu Dhabi and will report directly to Head of Audit Control

 

 

 

About the role:

 

  • Ensure effective and efficient coordination in a timely manner of the assigned tasks as per the laid-out policies, procedures, etc. for smooth operations of administrative functions for respective section and area.
  • Provide high quality and timely support to the work of the department. Liaises with clients and internal team.

 

 


you will be responsible to:

 

  • Achieves financial target as per KPI
  • Ensures an effective & efficient planning for audits as per stipulated timelines and annual plan and thus, ensure auditor productivity
  • Compiles and dispatches audit files to certification control.
  • Initiates and organizes necessary logistics (hotel booking, transportation, tickets, visa, etc...) as required in a timely manner
  • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing
  • Updates and maintains related logs, records and etc., for audit control
  • Ensures efficient and effective management of the recertification and manage the certificate issuance process.
  • Prepares reports, maintain records and other related documents related to company profile, and other departmental documents such as CVs database, client’s database … etc.
  • Manages customer feedback.

 

 

About You:
Minimum Qualification:

 

  • Diploma degree in business administration, management, IT
  • Professional Knowledge

 

Minimum Experience:

 

  • 4 years of experience in the field of administrative, planning, coordination or related function.
  • Work experience in similar organizations (added advantage)
