Travel Coordinator, Administrative Services Job

Work Location:  KSA > Jubail

An exciting opportunity is available for Coordinator, Administration Services (Travel) based in Jubail, KSA and will report directly to Senior Supervisor, General Services.

 

Job purpose:

Manage the issuance of airline tickets, hotel booking, transportation, and entry visa requirements. Provide airport meet and assist and VIP services.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • Arrange for airline ticket booking and issuance
  • Follow the travel policy and HR regulations in terms of travel class and type of hotel when arranging the booking of any services
  • Prepare annual travel expense budget for vacation ticket encashment 
  • Review and process travel agent invoices against approved travel authorization.
  • Prepare monthly travel expense report to GS management
  • Handle other administrative services  

 

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business management or equivalent
  • Familiar with Amadeus, Galileo and World span reserving systems
  • Familiar with MS-office software
  • Good command in English Language 
  • With 5 years experience working as Travel Coordinator
