 Summary:

To oversee day to day operation (Production, Maintenance and Quality) for sheet, injection and recycling plants & ensuring plant policies, procedures & safety rules are properly implemented and followed.

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

 Safety:

  • Routine inspection/patrol.

  • Hazard identification.

  • Reporting and investigation.

Operation & Process:

  • Monitoring equipment.

  • Production oversight.

  • Defect identification.

  • Record and Reporting.

  • Develops general familiarity of ilmenite smelting technology.

  • General understanding of raw material characterization and types.

  • Contributes to collecting and managing daily production data.

  • QA/QC • Basic methodology of mass and energy balance.

  • Develops familiarity to general understand the process flow diagram, procedure, and standard codes.

  • Resolves personnel problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

People management:

• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and manage and develop operation staff.

• Maintains staff by selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.

• Resolves personnel problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering in (electrical/electronic - Industrial).
• Cooperative training.
