Report to: Manager, Business Partner, DS & Metall
Job Summary:
Partnering with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice, (coaching, counselling, career development, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions) for their area of the business
Role responsibilities:
- participates in change management projects and HR-related communication.
- Partners with leadership team to provide HR guidance advice: coaching, performance development and disciplinary actions.
- Delivers HR practices that drive a positive employment relationship and a high performance, high capability culture.
- Implements human resources programs including talent acquisition, employment processing, employee relations and retention.
- Improves manager and employee performance by identifying issues, evaluating potential solutions, implementing selected solutions.
- Identifies and plans for workforce requirements to meet short and long-term business needs.
- Communicates and interprets HR policies and procedures for managers and employees.
- Provides HR related data and undertakes key analysis for internal stakeholders as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
