Business Partner II, HR Corp Functions Job

Facility:  KSA > Riyadh




An exciting opportunity is available for HR Business Partner, based in Riyadh and will reports directly to Manager, of HRBP Support Function.


Position Summary:


The role of the position holder will be vital to represent HR in front of Corporate Functions and other customers. The role will be covering all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development, ER, Performance Management …etc) in coordination with HR shared services and Centre of Excellence 


In this role, you will be responsible of:  


  • Helping customers in the preparation of manpower planning as per the business needs.
  • Helping business in identifying potential employees to be retained.
  • Representing HR wide functions in front of customers and taking the responsibility to address any related issues to be resolved with the concerned department.
  • Handling Performance Management activities.
  • Prepares meaningful reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
  • Provides an HR advisory consultations to help business addressing different HR issues.
  • Handles employee relations counselling and exit interviewing
  • Maintains compliance with Company Policy and Saudi Labor Law regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive annual business review from an HR perspective that includes overall talent review and succession, retention and training assessments, and develop an annual people plan, in-line with the business goals
  • Implement the people strategy that supports the business strategy, overseeing the following operations: Workforce planning, Recruitment, Performance reviews, Learning and development programs, Ad hoc initiatives to address employee engagement and delivering on the Employee Value Proposition
  • Provide expert functional advice and targeted coaching to SBU leadership team to enable BU managers to meet and exceed people objectives for their area or function
  • Drive implementation of function-wide HR programs and specific development programs
  • Provide HR support to business projects which may include M&A and integration of new organizations, restructuring change management and new projects development



About You:

Minimum Qualification and Experience:


  • Bachelor of Business Administration. Human Resources is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources; including 2 years in HRBP role
  • SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred
