Assistant I, RASSAS Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Assistant I, RASSAS Reports to, Department Head located in Riyadh.

 

Job purpose:

 

Responsible in all Facility Management requirements of FAHSS and its process (e.g., monitoring, PO, invoices, and payment). Maintain the support services in maintaining buildings structures and its facilities at process and non-process areas. Services include the maintaining of building structure, office furniture, housekeeping and janitorial. Grounds and skips, landscaping, and pesticides services.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the buildings and its structure of all the office-based buildings, permanent or temporary shelters, it includes the maintenance of building civil structure, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and appliance work, excluding any renovation work.
  • Provide the offices furniture and office supplies based on the employee’s entitlements and positions as well as occupancy plan given by respective departments.
  • Provide and maintain the sufficient housekeeping and cleaning services to building offices workstations, area corridors and toilets.
  • Provide and maintain the cleaning and housekeeping services at plant facility, parking, and outdoor area of buildings.
  • Provide and maintain the outdoor and indoor irrigation facility at company premises.
  • Provide and maintain the proper pesticides I pest control services at inside and outside of building and outdoor facility at company premises.
  • Lead and maintain the safe work authorization as directed.
  • Acknowledgement and verification of timesheet, invoices, and its settlement, ensuring correctness and accountability.
  • Gather all receipts and prepare Department Office Monthly Expenses Sheet for reimbursement.
  • Monitor all FM invoices received in a timely manner, create PR and SES.
  • Ensure that all Department invoices received are as per the Contract and Company Entity.
  • Any other job as may be assigned by Line Manager from time to time.

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma preferred in a relevant discipline.
  • 2 years’ experience in the specific field of appointment
