Advisor III, Organizational Dev Job
An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist III, Organizational Development, located in Jubail.
Report to: Manager, Organization Development.
Job purpose:
Assists more senior team members in providing OD support in analyzing, developing and designing organizational development interventions, programs and process to align HR and business objectives.
Role responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of policies and provides a business advisory, ensuring understanding of the OD processes.
- Assists the OD team with the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs.
- Assists the OD team with components of organizational change management within the organizations plan.
- Provides support to the team in developing and implementing the established design principles.
- Provides support on medium organizational restructures in accordance with the established design principles.
- Assists with the workforce planning processes across a range of operational sites in accordance with the established principles.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 5 years experience with Degree or 10 years experience with Diploma is desirable.
