Advisor II, HR Info System Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist II, HRIS Reports to, Section Head, HR Information System located in Riyadh.
Job purpose:
Supports the business in relation to technical/systems information
Role responsibilities:
- Assists in drafting any required procedural or work instruction documentation
- Provides systems administration and monitors day to day systems operation for the HRIS.
- May support routine test scenarios and train users on the HRIS
- Works closely with HRIS team members and other teams to ensure the HRIS data accuracy
- Creates and distributes reports to support HR operations
- Supports in maintaining consistency and integrity of the HRIS through oversight and routine problem resolution.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of employee information
Qualification and Requirements:
- 3 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable
