Advisor I, Learning & Development (Des) Job

An exciting opportunity is available for Advisor I, Learning & Development (Design), located in Riyadh.  

 

Report to: Manager, Learning Development (Design)

 

Job purpose:

 

Provides broad support and coordination to the Learning function. Ensures effective and efficient functioning of all training programs and events that occur at the corporate level to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

Role responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify and prioritize learning and development needs at the corporate level.
  • Designing & developing effective L&D policies & procedures.
  • Designing & developing and delivering effective L&D programs.
  • Ensures process compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the quality and effectiveness of all learning programs by using appropriate metrics.
  • Prepare/analyze regular reports on learning and development activities and updates to relevant departments/individuals.
  • Runs the day-to-day operations of the learning management system and related technologies.
  • Support the development of training initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate training records and monitoring the costs of training activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers, managers, employees, and senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.

 

Qualification and Requirements:

 

  • +3 years of experience with bachelor’s degree in a Learning and Development role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; this includes strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for creating presentations, analyzing data, and communicating effectively.
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE Model.
  • Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Data Analysis and Reporting.
  • Training Facilitation skills.
  • Vendor Management.
  • Cost Management.
