An exciting opportunity is available for Advisor, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Located in Jubail.

POSITION SUMMARY:

To oversee the implementation of RCA methodology.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain the company RCA guidelines.
• Develop, enhance, maintain, and deliver the company RCA training materials, including RCA leader training.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to mentor and train less experienced Employees.
• Apply RCA Methodology to lead a successful analysis for selected major incidents (EHSS, PSE, and production & quality incident) by working with functional teams to identify causes of failures.
• Work closely with the incident sponsor and make the necessary communication between all concerned different parties to assure same level of understanding and performance.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain the company RCA software.
• Lead the RCA implementation to ensure meeting the requirements.
• Monitor RCA strategies for reporting, classifying, investigating, and analyzing.
• Track the RCA investigation recommendations for effective implementation and conduct the required post evaluation.
• Ensure RCA Process Compliance during the RCA implementation performing quality assurance role throughout the RCA process.
• Prepare a proactive plan to identify and prevent potential system, equipment, and human errors.

Minimum Qualification & Experience:

• An Mechanical Engineering degree from recognized institution.
• 10 years minimum year of experience with last 3 years as RCA SME (Subject Matter Expert).
• 15 years of related experience (for Diploma).
•  Advance RCA PROACT training / Apollo RCA certificate preferred.
• Report writing and presentation skills.
•  Problem Solving & Analytical thinking.
•  Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate.

• Develop & track RCA KPS’s and provide statistical analysis report for the management periodic review highlighting the focus areas/action plans for continuous improvement.
