Advisor, Business Performance Management Job

Work Location:  KSA > Riyadh

An exciting opportunity is available for Advisor Business Performance Management Reports to, GM, Bus Performance Mgt & Improvement located in Riyadh.  


Job purpose:

Leads the process of cascading corporate strategy, defining and monitoring implementation of strategic initiatives, and defining and monitoring the progress of Corporate (L0) and SBU (L1) score cards.


Role responsibilities:

  • Act as a custodian of the processes to cascade the corporate strategy to SBUs and BUs.
  • Lead the process to define strategic initiatives and monitor their implementation.
  • Act as a custodian of the processes to define and monitor the performance score cards for L0 (Corporate) and L1 (SBUs) areas.
  • Lead the process of identification and setting and monitoring KPIs for performance score cards for the L0 and L1 areas.
  • Prepare thorough analytical reports of key competitors by conducting general search, analyzing news, financial filings and analyst reports, reviewing competitor websites.
  • Laisse with relevant departments for the performance reports and required benchmarking studies.
  • Leads the oil price forecasting, and works with the business team to define product pricing in short to medium term (1-5 years)
  • Collect, analyze and communicate the performance of score cards and the strategic initiatives to the senior leadership.


Qualification and Requirements:

  • BSc in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 10 years experience in performance management and strategy implementation, strategy development and management consultant role.
  • Professional Qualification in Project Management or Strategy is a plus.
  • Track record of successfully managin and delivering stragegy implementation initiatives in large companies and managing performance.
  • Thorough understanding of corporate strategy, and its implementaiton Leadership, planning and organizing.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, keen to learn and collaborate with counterparts Business planning.
  •  financial analysis and project management.
  • Stakeholder management at both the executive level and down through the management layers
