Senior Supervisor, QA

An exciting opportunity is available Senior Supervisor, QA, based in KSA who will report directly to Manager, Metrology & Calibration Services. 

Summary:

We are seeking for a motivated Senior Supervisor, QA who in-charge on:

• Identifying and analysing trends in productivity, quality, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Performs a variety of tasks related to metrology and measurement systems.

In this role, you will be responsible of:

• Performs all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines of Quality System.

• Set priorities for workload and delegation of tasks.

• Develop, maintain, and report on trends specific activities of the team.

• Recommend, develop and implement Quality System policies.

• Monitor, review and track customer complaints and work with the team and other stakeholders in the prompt resolution of significant quality issues.

 • Training and mentoring of metrologists and on existing/new measurement systems

• Lead quality team & tasks to define metrology tool as well as design and implement of quality systems.

• Read, understand and interpret equipment specifications, test procedures, etc. and be able to write procedures that outline the calibration and maintenance of Measurement & Test Equipment in compliance with local and international standards.

• Facilitate and/or lead teams with problem solving investigation methodologies and provide guidance on validation and qualification strategies for measurement systems.

• Define, document, and create work instruction procedures and technical reports utilizing team capabilities.

• Review yearly performance of team and set appropriate goals in line with company strategic goals. 

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Chemistry, Biology) or Engineering (Mechanics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, calibration, etc.)

• Excellent knowledge & demonstration for ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and ISO 9001:2015

• Valid driver’s license.

• 5 years’ experience in the metrology labs with 2 years in a supervisory or senior role

• Work experience in other recognized similar organizations (added advantage).
